This constraint evaluates a given object's value against a specified number and comparison type. If a given object is of a type which can't be checked against a number, for example a string, a call to the validate method throws a ConstraintViolationException.

Valid operators are [ <, <=, >, >=, ==, != ]

Pools this constraint analogous to the java.lang.String.intern() method. This method is not threadsafe.
