Constructor. This dialog is modal.

Parameters:

parent - The parent of this dialog.

title - The title for the dialog.

userLabelText - Text for the JLabel in fornt of the user name text input field.

passwdLabelText - Text for the JLabel in fornt of the password name text input field.

okButtonText - Text for the OK JButton.

cancelButtonText - Text for the Cancel JButton.
